These tools are designed without strict start and end dates, allowing you the freedom to begin at your pace. Whether you’re looking for habit-building materials or engaging online resources, I’ve curated a list for you to explore.
We have had to school on the road, in sickness, in a trailer on a filming set, and finding gems what will work is not always easy. My goal is to take out some of your research time and make it easier for you. Here are some of our tried and true suggestions for homeschool curriculum we have started (and stopped) at random times of the year, and still found educating and enjoyable!

Bible Study
A highlight I wanted to share (that is not technically homeschool curriculum) is the Christ in All of Scripture Bible study by The Daily Grace Co. Spanning 52 weeks, this in-depth study includes five days a week of studying, allowing flexibility for catch-up sessions on weekends.
It’s a simple, yet deeper way than I’m used to exploring the presence of Christ throughout the Bible. The 4-journals help to process Scripture for retention. This is just something I have been enjoying in my personal study habit, and knew it was something I had to share with you!
Online Learning Homeschool Resources
Current Events: World Watch News provides a 10-minute daily rundown of global events, tailored for kids and teens. This Christian-run program covers serious topics alongside fun facts. Each episode makes for an excellent conversation starter.

Art and Nature: Lily & Thistle offers a lifetime subscription to their Watercolor School, which features seasonal and nature-based lessons. This subscription is ideal for children of all ages, and we have LOVED it for years with all of my kids. You can easily pair these lessons with related seasonal or history studies.
They also have a great Nature’s Art Club which includes additional creative crafts using different art mediums.
Musical Exploration: For those interested in music, Hoffman Academy’s piano lessons (use code “LEARN” for 10% off) and OutSchool’s (use code “JUICEBOXOS20” for 20% off) diverse offerings in music and academic subjects make enriching additions.
Both platforms cater to various skill levels, providing structured support and opportunities for artistic expression. We have enjoyed both as supplemental resources on and off throughout the years.

Engaging Math
While we all know you can start any curriculum you want anytime of year (homeschool flexibility!), I wanted to highlight a unique resource. Simply Charlotte Mason created Your Business Math Series, which uses a hands-on business model to teach and reinforce math.
Designed for grades 4-6, children will enjoy running their own store while also figuring out percentages, fractions, and other practical math skills. It is a fun and interactive way to apply math in real-world scenarios. They have bookstore, pet store, and sports store editions.
For high schoolers, Not Consumed has a great new product called Consumer Math for Real Life. It delves into practical topics like income taxes, budgeting, and investing, each from a Biblical perspective.
Tailored specifically for high schoolers, it preps students for life skills beyond graduation.
